Job Description & Qualifications

Provide assistance and support to Demand Planner team on the regional ITO Business planning and Cycle planning activities.
Develop materials for and facilitating status reviews with the in-region BITs.
Support development of in-region IT Business Plan and Cycle Plan budget. (Project and Consumption)
Support definition and implementation of new methods and processes to better support and understand growth.
Support the periodic ITRM & CPM Service Reviews with regional and global skill teams.
Gain understanding of the IT Consumption budget by business function.
Work closely with IT Finance to support monthly project & consumption forecasting process.

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.

No. of Years of Experience

4 years of progressive responsibilities in IT and at least 2 years in project management & planning is preferred.
Professional Exposure

Familiarity with IT Infrastructure services/offerings.
