Position: Senior Test Engineer

Location: Tianjin

Responsibilities:

· Manage test equipments to prevent any lost of test equipment assets.

· Track and approve fixed assets location changing and movement.

· Conduct periodic fixed assets cycle count on monthly basis.

· Track and manage test instrument options and configuration to meet new product test capability.

· Prepare the number of test boxes with the right configuration for test capacity as per loading demand on monthly basis.

· Manage cost analysis and investment in test box and application options for new product as well as volume up.

· Audit factory in test equipment calibration to ensure product delivery quality.

· Manage factory in test hardware standardization including test interface module revision control and upgrade for new product.

· Review in test station setup, GRR, buyoff and sign for final release.

· Manage factory fixture revision control, buy off and sign for final release.

Specific Knowledge/Skills:

· Candidate must possess good knowledge in the mobile phone sector, Technical of LTE, WCDMA, HSDPA, HSUPA, 2G and familiar with CMU200 & Agilent8960

· More than 5 years working experience in mobile phone test, and has the good understanding in auto test system, and familiar with mobile phone test HW and SW. Capable of debug test system independently.

· Programming skill of VC++, C#, and Good oral and written communication skills in English is mandatory.
