JOB SCOPE:
The candidate is expected to support relationship managers for daily business operations. The major tasks include pitch book preparation, basic preparation of credit request templates, administrative handling of KYC/NCA requests, Consolidation & Preparation of MIS reporting and internal business updates, daily customer maintenance and administrative support for the team, etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Duties include – but not limited to – the following:
? Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in preparing documents for client meetings and marketing trips, including preparation of marketing materials, pitch books, proposals, etc. under guidance from RMs;
? Follow up with documentation and execution of deals originated by RMs under their guidance;
? Provide support, e.g. credit report preparation, client meetings follow-up and other administrative activities to support RMs;
? Assist the preparation of business related presentations and documents as well as report consolidation for internal reviews, updates and MIS reporting under guidance from team heads;
? Assist in internal business projects and planning process as well as department administration;
? Work with other middle office functions as well as back-office teams by helping to collect supporting documents, preparation of internal documentation and input into relevant systems;
? Daily customer maintenance by directing enquiries to the relevant teams;
? Administrative and secretarial support for marketing events/client seminars;
? Administrative and secretarial support for the team members including meeting arrangements, transportation, business travel, T&E claim reimbursement, team activities etc.
SELECTION CRITERIA education and skills, languages etc
? Minimum 1- 2 years client service experience in banking industry paired with a strong sense of accountability and integrity;
? Work Experience in Mainland China and an understanding of banking industry;
? Computer literate and proficiency, especially in Powerpoint, Excel and Word;
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
? Good team player who is willing to learn and work hard;
? Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written;
? Motivated and result oriented
