岗位要求：

1 学历：本科或以上学历，管理、市场营销、公共关系、医学药学等相关专业；
2 工作资历：10年以上药业、生物工称公司工作经验，熟悉GMP工厂的流程；
3 通晓企业管理知识，了解医药、生物工程领域专业知识；
4 具有较强的全面管理、领导能力，对销售队伍的整合力和提升的能力；
5 具有药业、生物工程产品营销经验的优先。

岗位职责：
1 领导执行、实施董事会的各项决议；
2 制定实施年度经营计划，引导、控制经营计划的实施过程；
3 负责营销系统工作的总体策划，建立健全各项管理制度，完善营销系统管理；
管理并激励各部门的工作绩效。
4 负责完成销售、市场拓展、费用控制、队伍建设等年度目标，并负责将目标责任制层层分解落实及采取有力措施进行检查、督导、考核，确保各项工作目标得以实现。
