主要职责：
1、协助各部门总监确定各部门的培训需求。
2、计划和监督公司的培训计划和预算。
3、协助监督部门操作手册的执行标准。
4、负责公司培训教室、培训设备和资料的维护。
5、做决定或建议人力资源总监订购有益的培训新资料。
6、确保部门推荐的培训员得到良好的培训。
7、支持并确保各部门对培训员的作用的发挥到最大。
8、负责培训记录和统计。
9、与住地学校、酒店学校及大学保持良好的联系。
10、根据公司培训计划的进展情况在需要的情况下提出改进谏言。
11、监督检查培训员的表现并及时进行反馈。
12、负责员工布告栏的宣传。
13、起草和管理培训协议。
14、执行公司管理层可能分配的其他任务。

任职资格：
- 至少有四年4-5星级酒店同岗位工作经验；
- 需熟悉劳动合同法；
- 具有较强的中英文听说读写能力；
- 具有积极主动解决问题的能力。
