职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
-Coordinates month-end closing activity and maintains sub-ledgers related to expenses
-Check each employee expense claim ,invoice verification, integrity and validity check of the original invoices
-Payment voucher preparation and checking, entry in accounting system
-Ensure expenses are booked in the right period and under correct cost center
-Manage daily cash and bank transactions accurately and prepare bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.
-Coordinates with sales departments to ensure monthly sales report are submitted on time, and prepare and consolidate monthly sales data to provide complete and accurate report to finance manager.
-Perform ad-hoc projects, activities and new processes as assigned and required by finance manager.
-Participate in SAP project implementation if necessary
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or related
2. Quick Learner and self starter; Strong analytical skills;
3. Highly motivated, efficient, organized and multiple tasking;
4. 2+ years of related work experience in accounting & finance;
5. Good English in both oral and written;
6. Strong skills in SAP application to financial accounting;
7. Familiar with MS-Windows, Office, Word, Excel, etc
