Work with country operation manager, branch manager and other operation staff to deliver extra ordinary service
quality and customer delightful experience to all company customers.

Be responsible for regional operation, work with branch managers to ensure branches in this
region will deliver the following result.
1. Maintain housekeeping standard, provide delightful service environment at regional level.
2. Comply Company fitting/repair process, deliver delightful service.
3. Manage KPI set up at branch level Complete required KPI reports and paper work.
4. Deliver training， assessment to branch manager and other staff.

Coaching is essential in this job, meanwhile work as a bridge connecting Company New Market headquarter
and Company china on operation (focus on technical aspects) to enable the best practice transferring to
Company china.
1. Work with Country Operation Manager on operation process, KPI follow-up and problem solving on operation
related issues at regional level.
2. Responsible for operation training system build-up and training scheme on yearly basis.
3. Responsible for fitters assessment project.

Fluent in branch management process, operation process, and training process.
Always provide the delightful service to customer, Achieve quality and quantity target.
