职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage in-house Quality Control (QC) team as well as third-party inspection service providers
- Supervise and monitor internal performance of the QC team and oversee internal audit function
- Actively manage group-wide QC budget and maximize efficiency through the appropriate balancing of internal and external inspection resources
- Develop and analyze statistical data for performance improvement and KPI reporting
- Review and improve the inspection and testing procedures for the company
- Proactively suggest and implement efficiency and cost reduction measures (e.g. scheduling, resource allocation, monitoring)
- Ensure compliance to customer-specified quality standards
- Close interact with Quality Assurance and Merchandising teams
- Provide periodic training and arrange seminars;
- Monitor and follow up on any customer complaints and develop appropriate corrective action plans
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Manufacturing / Quality Engineering or equivalent
- Strong management skills with attention to detail and analytical mind
- Minimum eight years working experience in quality control in an independent third-party provider,souring/trading company or consumer products manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of managing QC teams across China
- Strong knowledge in quality control methods and statistical tools
- Independent, logical and self-initiative
- Willing to travel extensively in China
- High degree of integrity
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese a plus
- Energetic, flexible, result-oriented, a problem solver and team player
