职位描述
岗位职责：
1、整合公司内外培训资源，推动、完善、优化公司培训流程和培训体系；
2、分析公司的培训需求，组织制定公司各类岗位人员的培训计划并实施；
3、制定和完善现有培训内容，完善及研发培训课程，编制相应培训教材；
4、完善、优化、执行公司绩效管理制度，并对各部门进行绩效管理工作的培训与讲解；
5、修正并优化考核期间的绩效考核指标，根据绩效结果修正绩效方案及薪酬分配制度。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理、心理学等相关专业；
2、具备五年及以上工作经验，其中三年以上本岗位工作管理经验；
3、精通基础人力资源管理专业知识，精通主要业务模块管理流程；
4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力、组织计划能力、数据统计分析能力；
5、为人沉稳、内敛，原则性强，责任心强，并具有较强的事业心。
