职位描述
Objective of job
- Position manages dealer and customer relationships in the South and West regions. Position is based in Guangzhou.
- Manage dealer relationships and provided products training in complex sales territories and convince dealers to utilize MBAFC products. Conduct formal and informal presentations to dealer and customers of FBAC.
Qualification required
- Education
- University degree in business or economics or similar
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Experience
- 2+ years of finance and/or insurance Credit analysis/Underwriting.
- Or 3+ years PC/VAN/Truck Market, Experience
- Specific Knowledge:
- 2+ years of financial and/or insurance credit analysis/underwriting.
- Or 3+ years PC/VAN/Truck market experience
- Retail and commercial finance knowledge; or Insurance market knowledge; Sales experience;
- user-level computer skills with MS Office;
- Strong communication and presentation skills required. Strong personal initiative and leadership ability. Ability to work in stressful environment. Negotiations capability. Strong organization skills.
- Able to work independently.
Task designation
- Establish and maintain close working relationship with all dealers, fleets and truck sales personnel in their assigned territories. Meet acquisition and penetration goals set by Sr Manager, CV Sales
- Collect and report market specific information to Sr Manager, CV Sales for development of sales programs with brand partners and the dealers
- Meet with dealers and customers to gather data via home visit, get trade/pay references, complete credit application and other information as required
- Meet with customers and dealers to resolve various issues as required
