• Position manages dealer and customer relationships in the South and West regions. Position is based in Guangzhou.
• Manage dealer relationships and provided products training in complex sales territories and convince dealers to utilize MBAFC products. Conduct formal and informal presentations to dealer and fleet customers.

Qualification required

• Education
• University degree in business or economics or similar
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Experience
• 2+ years of finance and/or insurance Credit analysis/Underwriting.
• Or 3+ years Truck Market, Experience
• Specific Knowledge
• 2+ years of financial and/or insurance credit analysis/underwriting.
• Or 3+ years Truck Market experience
• Retail and commercial finance knowledge; or Insurance market knowledge; Sales experience;
• user-level computer skills with MS Office;
• Strong communication and presentation skills required. Strong personal initiative and leadership ability. Ability to work in stressful environment. Negotiations capability. Strong organization skills.
• Able to work independently.

Task designation

• Establish and maintain close working relationship with all dealers, fleets and truck sales personnel in their assigned territories. Meet acquisition and penetration goals set by Sr Manager, CV Sales
• Collect and report market specific information to Sr. Manager, CV Sales for development of sales programs with brand partners and the dealers
• Meet with dealers, customers, fleet customers to gather data via home visit, get trade/pay references, complete credit application and other information as required
• Meet with customers and dealers to resolve various issues as required
