岗位职责：
1、负责来访人员的接待；
2、负责电话转接、收发传真、信件收寄等日常事务；
3、负责公司员工考勤的记录及月度汇总
4、负责公司费用报销的核对，
5、受理会议室预约，协调会议时间，布置会议室
6、负责公司日常办公用品的管理；
7、完成上级领导临时交待的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、文秘、行政管理及相关专业大专以上学历
2、身高1.60米以上，相貌端正，仪表端庄
3、1年以下行政人事工作经验
4、熟悉行政工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备
5、工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，待人热诚
6、五天工作制，每天7.5小时
