职位描述

Job Responsibilities：

1.Officiate the responsibilities and authorities of Management Representative (Please refer to Quality Manual Chapter);

2.Organization Structure for the responsibility of Management Representative;

3.Retain the overall responsibility for maintaining Quality management System;to ensure the quality management system of the company & ISO9001:2000 standard and Hayco key elements;including continuous improvement for following elements (not limited to):a. Quality event System,SIP,complaints,quality result tracking,etc.

4.Supervise,monitor and retain overall responsibilities for all monitoring and measurement activities,Including:

a.Incoming quality control and vendor performance monitoring;

b.In-process quality control;

c.Functional testing;

d.Outgoing quality control;

e.Laboratory control and calibration for monitoring and measuring equipment;

5.Manage the Quality for new products during development and implementation.

6.Supervise document control,record control and training system;

7.Oversee correcting and preventive activities for quality events in the factory;

8.Summary and repport KPI to top management;

9.Complete other tasks superiors arrangements;

Qualification:

1.Degree holder of 5 years experience in quality management field;

2.Familiar with DAKE,ISO9001:2000 management system;

3.Good command of quality control and improvement experience;

4.Good communication skills and leadership;

5.Have strong sense of improvement in related functions;

6.Good English including both written and oral English.
