职位描述
工作责任：
1、协助营运经理制定及推行部门的生产效率目标；
2、开放新产品所需的设备配备和所需制程；
3、安排部门各职位的工作内容，领导下属推行设备的维修保养工作；
4、安排及监督下属工作，引领团队成员；有团队合作经验；
5、协调其他部门处理日常生产上遇到的问题，对生产效率和品质进行持续改善；
6、监督本部门人员安全操作及劳保防护工作，消除安全隐患，预防安全事故发生；
入职要求：
1、大专或以上学历，机械工程类专业；
2、四年以上制造工程工作经验含一年以上大型制造厂管理经验；
3、拥有制造工程问题解决综合知识和较强的问题解决能力；
4、良好的管理技巧和激励下属工作热情技巧；
5、英文听、说、读、写能力优秀。
