职位描述
岗位要求：
1、大专以上建筑专业学历、十年以上建筑装饰设计和施工经验；
2、有过建筑装饰现场深化和施工管理各两年以上工作经验；
3、有工程师、有建造师证优先；
4、熟练建筑装饰工程各施工制作工艺和成本；
5、精通建筑装饰图纸、熟练CAD、熟练电脑；
6、有3个以上3000万以上的五星级酒店项目现场施工技术负责管理经验；
7、有较强装饰技术能力、精通技术工艺优化；
8、有较强成本控制能力；
9、有一定表达力和说服力；
10、有在正规装饰企业3年以上工作经验；
11、35-50岁，男性；
12、五官端正，身高1.65米以上，普通话标准；
13、能吃苦耐劳，品德正气。
