岗位职责：
1.负责公司招聘工作和校园招聘的筹划和执行；
2. 依据公司的业务发展战略，配合HRD及业务部门的负责人，制定组织架构和人员招聘计划；
3. 负责公司的薪资、绩效及培训工作的开展；
4. 分析公司的人才梯队建设，有效推荐员工职业生涯发展通道的执行和更新；
5. 员工离职分析，及时提出建设性的整改意见或方案；
6. 负责整个公司的日常人事业务：包括但不限于入职办理、劳动纠纷处理、员工投诉意见处理、员工活动和企业文化建设；
岗位要求：
1. 管理类专业本科及以上学历；
2. 5年人力资源工作经验，有团队管理经验；
3. 擅长招聘绩效模块优先考虑；
4. 优秀的沟通表达能力，思路清楚；
5. 做事认真细心，对数字敏感，逻辑分析能力强；
6. 踏实、稳重、外向；
