岗位职责：

1、通过消费者研究，掌握消费者需求，为产品创新做好基础性调研工作。
2、通过对消费者需求分析，结合各项资源配置，储备新品类新项目。
3、根据内、外销市场需求，针对性的进行产品策划。
4、向相关下游部门导入产品策划信息，确保产品顺利立项。
5、敦促已立项产品的开发进度，确保准时上市。
6、负责产品商品化过程管理：生产样品确认、认证申请、包装编写制作等。
7、领导交办的其他事宜。

岗位要求：

1、本科以上学历，3年以上家电产品规划、营销或研发经验。
2、具备良好的文字功底，英语优秀者优先。
3、具有较强的沟通、组织、协调能力和学习能力。
4、小家电、大家电、广东省内人士优先。
