设备自动化主管/Automation Equipment Supervisor-设备改造与设计(Design and Upgrading)

Job Responsibility：
1. Develop, design and adjust automatic equipments according to the requirements of production and process technique;
2. Responsible for the assembling, adjusting and maintaining of existing automated and semi-automated assembly equipments;
3. Keep the automation equipments in good condition, timely detection of problems and prevention of risks;
4. Responsible for the automation projects, design and realize the application for the new automated equipment;
5. Responsible for management and consummation of the automation process documents;
6. Follow engineering design process and product release procedures to introduce automation system to plant;
7. Provide technical support to manufacturing plant during pilot run and production start-up;
8. Problem identification and troubleshooting a wide range of complex mechanical problems;
9. Responsible for the training and guidance of automation team;
10.Other jobs arranged by superior.

Job Requirements:
1. Collage degree or above majored in automation, mechatronics, mechanical;
2. Over 3 years experience of automation development,maintenance，2 years team management experience;
3. Knowledge of 3D drawing;
4. Proficient in electrical and electronic circuits, mechanical construction of the PLC applications;
5. Have rich experience of independent automation system or electrical system on-site commissioning, good at
dealing with on-site problems.
