Department Manager (Fashion) - Macau
- Minimum at F.5 level
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of Retail Management Experience from Luxury Fashion brands
- Enthusiasm and ability to build and maintain an environment which projects a high level of taste and sophistication consistent with Ralph Lauren’s lifestyle philosophy
- Ability to guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork, motivation and staff development skills
- Excellent in interpersonal & customer service skills with pleasant & outgoing personality
- Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
- Station in Macau
