IT Engineer Responsibility:

· IT helpdesk for all clients of VWS Beijing Office including MS Office 2003&2007&2010, Windows XP and Windows 7
· IT Assets Management (Hardware, Software, License, etc)
· IT Desktop SOE Management
-Setup, update, and maintenance IT standard PC working environment (MS OS, MS Office, other applications)
· Anti-Virus System Maintenance (Server & Client)
· Network Switch Maintenance and Management
· Printers Maintenance and Management
· PBX Telephone System Maintenance
· IT incident Management Platform Maintenance
· Update Technical Documentation and Monthly IT Report (Anti-Virus, etc)
· Daily IT infrastructure & operation monitor & test
· Other tasks assigned by supervisor


Requirement:

· Bachelor Degree, major in Computer Science or Electronic Engineer, or Related
· Good English Skills (Writing & Spoken) with CET 4 (CET 6 is preferable)
· 2 years' IT support experience in Multi-National Company
· Mastering "Know-how" to support Windows XP, Windows 7 and Office 2003-2010 and Outlook is a must
· Be familiar with MCSE, CCNA or equivalent knowledge is required
· Hands on experience with Anti-virus system implementation (for Server & client)
· Be familiar with ITIL incident management process
· Willing to work over time when required for IT maintenance
· Self-discipline and self-motivated
· Integrity, Optimistic and client-oriented
