Key Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for establishing CI culture in plants that align with organization CI progress
2.Manage and track Lean 6 Sigma projects, lead the 6 sigma line assessment
3.Drive behavioural change through CI tools coaching and training all function employees
4.Drive and audit line 5S and visual management activities, meet 5S certification target
5.Involve into plants productivity projects and progress, organize key projects review with project leaders, to ensure annual productivity target achievement
6.Support on improving organizational standards or KPIs in the areas of cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety and on-time delivery

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
2.IE educational background is prefer
3.Six sigma knowledge is a MUST and black belt qualification is prefer
4.Excellent understanding of CI process in terms of operations context
5.3+ years lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
6.Knowledge of lean six sigma and direct implementation experience in a manufacturing environment
7.Good working record in plants/operations, food industry working experience is prefer
8.Good communication, influencing and presentation skills to lead and support empowered colleagues in a team environment
9.Fluent English, both in written and reading, Good PC literacy (MS Office)

2004年，卡夫食品（中国）有限公司在北京亦庄经济开发区投资兴建了一座新的饼干生产工厂——卡夫食品（北京）有限公司，卡夫食品（中国）有限公司将现有的在北京的饼干生产工厂——北京纳贝斯克食品有限公司的生产线全部搬迁到新工厂，2007年已投产使用。建成后的新工厂将为中国市场提供产品，并且出口到包括澳大利亚在内的整个亚太地区。
卡夫食品北京工厂于2006年9月完成全部土建工作，并于2007年6月开始正式投入生产。生产区域占地面积41，000平方米，一期计划投产四条生产线，产量可达到60，000吨。搬迁后的北京工厂至此朝着客户首选的饼干工厂又迈进了一大步。
