职位描述
主要职责Main Responsibility
- Optimize the Order-to-Cash cycle, reducing Cost-to-Serve and increase operational efficiencies by:
· Optimum planning and satisfaction of customer’s demand or replenishment needs in the most cost effective way and required speed
· Delivering effective business solutions on time and error-free, monitoring the effectiveness of solution design
· Improving process efficiency through leverage of GLOBE Template functionality
- Continuously reviewing customer activity, analyze data, and identify trends taking corrective action and modifying procedures where necessary
- Drive team development by :
· Demonstrating ability to build, develop and motivate a high-performing customer oriented team to meet or exceed customer expectations
· Driving proactive communication through regular team meetings and encouragement of ongoing teamwork
要求Requirement
- Proactive cooperation mindset and strong communication skills
- Good analytical skills and planning capability and problem solving skills
- Passionate in working with details and numbers
- Excellent responsibility and adaptability to working pressure
- Sales or customer administration or data analysis
- Experience with order process or customer service
- Good command of English (oral and writing)
- Word, Excel; SAP preferred
