工作职责：

1. 外联中心行政客服部的日常运营和管理；
2. 负责客户来访接待，处理客户来电、来函，做好相关工作跟进、回访；
3. 与客户之间保持良好的沟通、协作关系，做好关键客户的商务客户接待和服务；
4. 搭建顾客服务部接待管理体系，进行系统优化，数据收集与分析工作；
5. 熟悉各项业务，对客户的各项合理需求进行有效处理。

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理或英语专业毕业；
2. 有良好的英语基础，具备星级酒店行政商务服务或客服接待工作经验者优先；
3. 熟练操作计算机，能自如使用办公软件；
4. 具有责任心和团队意识，良好的沟通协调及独立管理能力；
5. 工作认真仔细，有耐心，具有亲和力。
6. 具有良好的个人形象气质（男士最好175cm以上，女士160cm以上）。
