Web前端开发/网页设计高级工程师

工作职责：
1. 对网站前端应用进行开发/维护，支持视觉设计以及 Web 开发的相关工作；
2. 负责Web前端代码开发,前端技术框架和JS/jQuery等交互效果开发；
3. 基于需求，进行不同的开发，选择合适的框架，做到代码效率最高，用户体验最好，代码下量最小；
4. 以用户为核心的设计理念，对页面进行优化，使用户操作更趋于人性化；
5. 优化前端页面性能和流程,改善前端用户体验；
6. 持续的优化前端体验和页面响应速度，优化代码并保持良好兼容性，提升web界面的应用；
7. 完成页面前端的特效和最新的应用，对新前端技术领域的预研。

职位要求：
1. 3年以上web前端开发经验，精通HTML5/CSS/javascript等前端技术，熟悉网站Div+CSS标准化布局；
2. 精通JavaScript、Ajax、xml/json、等Web开发技术，熟练使用div进行页面布局，布局逻辑清晰、代码有良好延展性且便于维护；
3. 精通HTML/XHTML、CSS等网页制作技术，熟悉页面架构和布局；
4. 熟悉W3C标准，对表现与数据分离、Web语义化等有较为深刻的理解；
5. 熟悉Photoshop、Dreamwaver等软件使用；
6. 具有较强的沟通能力，分析和解决问题的能力，具备良好的团队合作精神。
