机械设计经理Equipment Design Manager-印刷/柔印设备

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design the equipment and support maintenance team for equipment improvement, design new production technology together with process dept. and design the required equipmen;
2. Evaluate, Define & Execute Programs to provide competitive advantage / best in class manufacturing processes & related equipment;
3. Conceives and develops solutions to engineering programs through the application of professionally accepted engineering techniques, practices and procedures;
4. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors;
5. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions;
6. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments;
7. A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways;
8. Supervise and provide training, guidance to Engineers and Technicians to achieve maximum performance effectiveness.

Job Requirements:
1. Majored in mechanical or automation, bachelor degree or advanced;
2. Min 5 years equipment design experience, and Min 2 years in department/ team leadership role;
3. Solid experience about equipment design or maintenance, be an expert either in mechanical or automation;
4. Good understanding about production safety protection;
5. Fluency written and verbal English;
6. Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
7. Has Printing Euipment (Machinery)design experience is preferred.
