Job Responsibilities:

1. Covers all End Users, Aftermarket Distributors, and small OEM customers in east of China;

2. Provides indoor sales by telephone, email & web, including customer maintenance & development, product selection, enquiry response, contract conclusion, sales order process, fast delivery, customer complaint handling;

3. Execute Norgren Express sales strategy & business plan, to achieve sales & margin objectives;

4. Coordinates with Marketing, Finance, Technical Support & Operations;

Requirement:

1. College or Bachelor of Engineering, preferred in mechanical engineering

2. At least 2 years working experience in Sales, Sales Assistant, or Customer Service

3. Fast learner in product knowledge & kind service provider to the customer.

4. Strong teamwork spirit, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, but result oriented

5. Good command of both oral and written English

6. Good computer skills
