Senior Test Engineer

Job Description:

• Responsible for supply chain management software module testing and system testing, and provide the technical support for consultants and supports
• Focus on testing including manual test and automation test
• Write test plans, and test cases and test reports according to system requirements and related documentation developed
• Test, replicate, and troubleshoot issues in test environment to root cause/possible problems and provide suggestions to developers

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

· At least a Bachelor Degree in a related discipline (Supply Chain, Information Systems, etc.)

· CET-4 or equivalent

• Experience:

· Either minimum 3 years of software testing experiences in testing user manual and performance testing

· Or have the relevant background of the supply chain;

· Familiar with SCM or EPR is a big plus

• Skills

· Excellent verbal and written English skills are required

· Good understand for software engineering and process, and good problem solving and logical analysis capability

· Good communication, harmonious and expression, ability to work independently, professional dedication, and strong team spirit.

Position:

· Locate in Beijing, China

职位描述：

• 负责供应链管理软件的模块测试及系统测试，并为Consultant团队及Support团队提供技术支持；
• 关注于功能测试及性能测试；
• 根据系统规格说明书和相关开发文档编写测试计划、测试用例及测试报告；
• 在测试环境中执行测试，重现Bug，分析其根本原因，并为开发人员提供相应建议；

任职资格：

• 教育：

· 至少大学本科学历，在供应链，信息系统及相关专业毕业；

· 英语达到CET-4或相当水平。

• 经验：

· 至少三年软件测试经验；

· 或者具有供应链相关背景，如SCM专业毕业等；

· 熟悉SCM或者ERP者优先；

• 技能：

· 英语听说读写熟练；

· 对软件工程有良好的理解，并具有良好的逻辑分析能力及问题解决能力；

· 有良好的沟通、协调、表达能力，能够独立完成工作，有敬业精神，具备良好的团队精神；

· 具有自我激励性、创造性，并有快速学习能力，迅速反应能力，工作踏实稳定；
