职位描述

Objective of job

n Fixed asset management and facility maintenance & repair in branch office.

n Housekeeping in branch office.

n Telecommunication management in branch office.

n Office purchase (office & pantry consumption and stationary order).

n Office service database maintenance & analysis.

n Meeting room online booking system management.

The objective is to ensure that all customer-related activities are done in the most effective and efficient way.


Task designation

1



Office purchase & printing

- Non-productive purchase (below RMB2000) and outsourced printing.

- Manage supplier/contractor to deliver service/goods.

- Complaint handling/propose correction plan to office manager.

Fixed asset management

- Work cross-department with F&C/IT/Bus to manage DNEA, DPTS, MBAFC, MBCL office asset.

- DNEA, MBAFC, DPTS and MBCL FA annual/quarterly check.

- To keep FA log book update and provide monthly FA transfer/disposal/capitalization reports to F&C.

- Supervise vender on FA maintenance & repair in regular.

- Key Management.

Telecommunication & Meeting room booking system management

- Mobile phone, ADSL line, ISDN line application and payment settle.

- Meeting room on-line booking system administration.

- Conduct meeting room regular check.

- Handle customer complains.

Facility & Office service relevant database maintenance & analysis

- Assist team leader for office service related administration report generating.

- To collect relevant data for analysis and control purpose.

Other office task assignment

- Assist team leader per request.

- Back up of team members.


Qualification required

• Education

Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent.

• Experience

1. At least 3 years working experience in office management, or administration.

2. Good communication skill, has the strong capacity of complaint & conflict handling.

3. Customer-oriented.

4. Good command of oral and written English.

5. Experience of office payment application operation.

• Specific Knowledge

1. Familiar with administrative organizations, process, procedures and standards.

2. Basic knowledge of Finance.
