The Position

• To manage EXPO warehouse in aligned with GMP standard and local regulations.管理世博仓库，并符合GMP的标准和当地法规。
• Coordinate and have good management with 3rd partner Logistics Company staff in daily work to ensure the operation smoothly in EXPO warehouse and make sure warehouse is safety and stock accuracy.协调并良好地管理第三方物流公司员工的日常操作，确保在世博仓库的操作顺利进行，并确保仓库的安全和仓储的准确性。
• To guide and monitor daily work in EXPO warehouse. Be responsible for staffs training and ensure them to follow up GMP in daily works and to ensure execute corporate policy and quality policy 指导并监督世博仓库日常工作。 负责员工的培训并确保员工在日常工作中始终贯彻GMP， 并确保公司方针和质量目标的执行;
• To make sure routine work has fulfill GMP requirement; to lead team accept routine audit and follow up。确保GMP要求在日常工作中得到执行；并带领各组接受常规审计检查工作和审计后的跟踪行动。
• Make good communication with commercial. Marketing and sales department; ensure goods arriving correctly and on time according to the customer's requirement. Provide high quality service to sales and marketing department. To co-operate with each functions to do quality improvement 与商务部，市场部和销售部门保持良好的沟通，确保到货的正确性和准确率达到客户要求。 给销售和市场部提供高品质的服务。协调各部门进行持续质量改进活动Deal with accidents immediately. Draft investigation report if need.处理意外事件，起草调查报告。

• Bachelor at least 本科以上
• Logistic, chemistry, pharmaceuticals is preferred.物流，化工，药学优先
• Familiar with computer operation and SAP system 办公自动化、熟悉SAP系统操作
• 8 years warehouse working experience in Pharma, logistic field 至少8年医药，物流行业仓库工作经验
• Working experience in quality management is preferred.质量管理工作经验优先
