职位描述
Responsibilities
?Responsible for payable and other receivable accounts control, including payment & accrual;
?Complete monthly AP reports;
?Exercises judgment in daily activities with carrying out general supervision and regular process checks;
?Recommend improvements, adaptations or revisions to operational procedures, workflows;
?Implementation of recommendations of AP from internal/external auditors. No major/repeated deficiency;
?Manage the operation risk pertaining to AP and OR with sound control;
?Understand the business and respond to business requirement on timely and accurately manner;
?Maintain smooth communication channel with internal/external customers;
?Assist functional line manager to roll out AP standardized operation model and related projects in HTSC.
Requirements
?Bachelor degree, over 5 years finance working experience;
?Qualified member required by China government recognized professional bodies;
?Solid experience in managing finance functions and operate a team with strong sense of internal controls;
?Able to work independently and be willing to be demanding at times and be comfortable with interacting with all levels of personnel in the organization;
?Must possess strong communication both written and verbal as well as coordination skills.
