Summary of the role:

This position will support and assist the Finance Manager as they external windows for all bank transaction, accounts receivable, invoice issuance and Tax declaration as local Tax bureau.
Responsibilities:
This Role is to mainly focus on domestic accounts receivable and accounts payable through bank, employee reimbursement and invoice issuance of CCI Flow Control (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

? Costing and Inventory related works.
? Prepare reporting packages of a business unit, ensure timely and accurately when monthly closing, quarter closing and year end closing.
? Cost analysis, examine key items/variances in details and analyze results based on key drivers.
? Prepare requested documentation for oversea payment.
? Liaise with material control/production/warehouse on costing matters.
? Work independently to extract information from accounting system or ERP for analysis and reconciliation.
? Tax coordinator in BJ.
? Other ad-hoc work assigned by FM.

Qualifications and required skills:

? University Degree in Accounting or other related disciplines.
? Minimum 4 years’ experience in finance in a multinational company and 1 years as cost accountant, industry background is preferred.
? Self-motivated, with earnest desire to learn and grow, and can work independently under pressure.
? Experience in foreign currency payment process is a plus.
? Solid Finance & Accounting background, Having accounting certificate is preferred.
? Good analytical and problem solving abilities.
? Fluent in written and spoken and English is mandatory.
? Attention to details is critical.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proficient in MS Word, Excel, EPR experience is preferred
