Objective of job

• Manage China Local Engine Projects M270/274, M270/274 MOPF, M282
• Provide Project Premises for above projects (Timeline planning, Volume planning, F/X Rates)
• Weekly Reporting in GM-Meeting and via Mail (BBAC, Daimler CN/D)

Qualification required

• Education
• University degree in engineering
• Experience
• Bachelor degree with work experience in Project Management or Master degree with knowledge/experience in Project Management
• Specific Knowledge
• Good knowledge and experience in Project Management
• Flexibility and communication skills
• Knowledge about engine technology is an advantage
• Fluent German and English is mandatory; Chinese language knowledge is an advantage

Task designation

• Align timelines for Engine projects with related departments in Daimler Germany, Daimler Greater China and BBAC
• Align volume planning for Engine projects with Product Management Germany, Sales department China and Production Control BBAC
• Prepare Weekly Report for Powertrain Localization projects to all related departments in BBAC, Daimler Greater China and Daimler Germany
• Provide Project Premises for above projects (Timeline planning, Volume planning, F/X Rates) to all localization related departments in Daimler and BBAC
• Work together with cross-functional departments like quality, sales, development; coordinate activities and product inputs between these departments
• Align CO2-related topics with RD C/AE, CO2-project and RD/P Germany
