岗位职责:
1. 协调各方资源, 全面管理互动项目的计划、策划、实施, 保证项目的进度和质量控制;
2. 合理制定项目阶段性目标和总体控制计划, 明确划分工作内容, 确定阶段性目标实现, 并可根据各种变化及时调整项目计划;
3. 管理项目策划、计划与执行, 掌控项目进程, 有效监控与协调项目执行;
4. 针对目标客户的网络传播现状提供基于线上营销及推广方法;
5. 协助项目组为客户提供高价值的传播计划。

岗位要求:
1. 本科以上学历, 3-5年客户管理工作经验, 具备2年以上大型企业及大型网络互动营销项目及相关领域工作经验; 有微博管理经验者优先；
2. 对网络互动营销、CRM、口碑营销有深入了解及个人建识;
3. 熟悉互动广告公司工作流程、网络推广流程, 病毒营销, 并具备成功案例;
4. 能够带领团队进行独立工作;
5. 具备良好的网络营销传播方案策划及撰写、组织能力;
6. 具备良好的表达沟通能力、逻辑思维能力和团队合作能力。
7. 具有较好的亲和力, 能够维系良好的客户关系, 与相关项目管理团队保持紧密的联系。
持续跟进项目, 有较强的学习能力, 同时具备较强的工作压力承受能力。
