职位描述
Job Description:
- Coordinate proposals, presentation development and production ;
- Maintain / update China database, including Cutsheets, power points, CVs, and all outgoing BD correspondences ;
- Develop and maintain good relationship with clients ;
- Provide / compile translations for proposals and presentations ;
- Regular summary reports on proposals to Directors ;
- Follow up on potential leads from Directors &
- Assist in Marketing and meetings with potential clients.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years working experiences in MNCs with expatriates, related working experience in architectural firm is preferred ;
- University degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or Design and architectural related discipline ;
- Good command of spoken and written English, CET 6 is preferred ;
- Proficiency in practicing MS office applications ;
- Polite, mature, independent, pleasant and responsible personality, strong market sense is a pre-requisite &
- Self-starter, performance driven with good skills in analytical, planning and time management.
