Accountabilities:
岗位职责：
1. Managing and coordinate team of PM`s in region
管理和协调区域项目团队
2. Makes sure, projects in his region are done on time and on budget with excellent build quality.
确保项目施工按时，并在预算范围内，保质保量的完成；
3. Supervising construction execution is done regarding the Technical standards and design manuals
参照技术标准和设计手册监督项目完成执行
4. Finds and tender contractors, consultants and external designers to work with AmRest
寻找和招标承建商、顾问及外部设计师合作
5. Negotiate financial conditions for major multisite contracts (does not negotiate individual project contracts)
谈判主要产品合约的财务条款（不包含个类）
6. Knows all Brand technical requirements, standards and needs; maintain relationship with Brand owners on regional level
知道所有品牌的技术要求，标准和需求，维护与区域品牌业主的关系
7. Cooperates in Capex preparations; supervise (check) investments level and project timing
8. 配合协作关于资产的准备工作，监督检查关于投资登记及项目的进程
9. Searching for new technologies or materials, leading to costs reductions and restaurant functionality improvement
不断寻找新的技术或材料来降低成本和改善餐厅功能
10. Coordinates and communicates with OPS regional teams about any issues OPS feels are important for them
与区域营运团队协调与交流
11. In charge of maintenance and cooperate with supplier in Beijing for all venue maintenance work
和北京的供应商合作来负责所有门店的维修工作


任职要求：

1、工民建、建筑、装饰装修等相关专业大专以上学历；
2、具备五年以上相关工作经验；
3、具备丰富的项目管理技巧；
4、具备财务和计划分析技巧；
5、熟悉工程和设备维修；
6、有良好的英语口语及书面表达能力；
