工作职责

1.礼貌并以专业地处理往来电话以及接待内外部客户；
2.跟随公司相关组织变化及时更新相关的信息和行政日耗品的费用管理信息；
3.考勤的统计；
4.熟悉公司相关业务流程及政策，并据此执行相关任务，如：访客的接待流程，会议室预定, 名片印刷等；
5.良好的服务意识，能够及时响应其他部门提出的相关业务需求；
6.协助完成其他相关公司活动；

7.预定机票、酒店、车辆等；

8.复印，打印文件以及制作表格；

要求

1.大专以上学历, 英语四级以上；
2.1-2年外资企业相关工作经历；
3.能在压力下工作，积极主动，工作认真负责有条理， 具有团队合作精神；灵活，能解决问题；
4.熟练运用相关电脑软件 (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.）；

5.良好人际关系及沟通及技巧；

6.良好的组织计划能力；
