职位描述
1、Contact regular and new suppliers;
2、Find the most suitable products for our clients needs;
3、Negociate prices to purchase at the best rate;
4、Gather all the information about the suppliers contacted (catalogues / certifications / countries to where they export / pictures / samples …);
5、Create a database of all the products sources / suppliers contacted with all the details;
6、Prepare PFI and Margin Sheets without any mistakes in cooperation with the logistics department, with nice layout, nice font, no spelling mistake;
7、Follow up orders closely with factories and advise if any problem or delay etc …;
8、Follow up closely delivery time / shipment;
9、Arrange Quality Controls with QC check List on time;
10、Go to the factories for QC when needed;
11、Prepare QC report within 2 days after QC date;
12、Follow up payments to factories and communicate if any delay in payment application or release etc …
13、Double check shipping documents because they are sent out to clients (with Annie and Amanda);
14、Defend Goldway interests in case of claim;
15、Every Friday before noon, send your work report for the week;
16、Update printed files for each order / request;
17、Make sure you know all the range of products that our suppliers can offer;
18、Share all the information with the product marketing managers to make sure no details is forgotten;
19、Don't accept any bribe or blackmail from factories;
20、Don't give up on a file because it is difficult to handle => communicate about the difficulties with the team to find a solution to solve it;
21、Follow up on all the requests given to you without waiting for reminders from your manager;
22、Be pro-active : anticipate clients requests => If a factory has a new product or any promotional offer that can interest us, let us know;
23、Treat any sourcing / PFI request in 48 hours maximum unless there are some issues that can explain a longer delay;
24、Keep all the samples in our showroom in an organised way with a clear marking on the samples;
25、Keep your desk / your files / the showroom clean and organised;
26、Follow up all the additional work that will be given to you even if it is a task not mentioned on this list;
27、Apply for Annual Leave : for 1 day => apply 48h in advance ; for more => apply at least 10 days in advance. Annual leave are to take before December 31st. Or will be lost;
28、When going on business trip, call your manager at least once per day to give a feedback on the situation. Take pictures and take notes to write report later;
29、Office hours : 9am to 6pm. If arrive at 9h30am => leave at 6h30pm;
30、The non respect of any of these tasks will be considered as a professional mistake and followed by a warning.
Job requirements:
1, high personal quality, strong adaptability, high computational ability, skilled use of office office software;
2, hard-working, good at communication;
3, proficient in English, Chinese, French will better priority.
