Job Summary
To assist the daily administrative work of department and source potential business opportunities, managing and maintaining customer relationships and maintaining highest quality service delivery
Responsibilities
Support department head in daily administrative work, including: word-processing, updating the client database, filing, typing general correspondence and mailing marketing publications.
Assisting commercial team members to analysis Beijing commercial market’s supply and demand, rents and vacancy, competitor analysis and marketing research.
To up-date database contacts and input related information onto the client contacts management system in the office (COMPASS).
To ensure that all documents produced by Knight Frank, whether internal or external, are in accordance with documented policies and are consistent with the message that the company is trying to convey about our mission and vision. To ensure that clients receive a consistent and professional image of the Company.
Requirements
Degree in real estate, economics or English
Good Mandarin a must; good written and spoken English preferred
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem solving skills, and a logical thinker
Creative and able to think outside the box
