JOB SUMMARY: 工作概述
Responsible for selling products or services by working with current customers.
负责向现有客户销售产品或服务
Responsible for the needs analysis, development, negotiation, sale or delivery and post-sale services to a group of clients.
负责客户需求的分析,发展,协商,销售/运送以及售后服务。
Identify new potential customers.
发掘潜在新客户
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Builds relationships with customers and maintains constant contact.
与客户建立长期友好关系。
Calls on current and potential customers.
拜访现有及潜在客户。
Keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc.
及时向客户反馈新的产品或服务,价格,变化等。
Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts.
为每年的预算和销售预估的提供数据。
Coordinates with distributors on the execution of sales plans and programs
与经销商一起合作执行销售计划和项目。
Conducts sales training on products and selling techniques for distributors and direct retailers.
为经销商和客户提供产品和技术服务的培训。
Prepares reports on market trends, consumer habits and competitive activities.
负责准备关于市场趋势,客户习惯和竞争活动的报告
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 最低要求
Bachelor degree or above. Major in Food safety/Biological/Chemistry or related.
本科及以上,食品安全/生物/化学或相关专业。
Above 2-3 years animal products related sales working experience.
2-3年以上的动物制品相关销售经历。
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:必要的技能和能力
Good sales skills and good communication skills良好的销售技巧和沟通能力
Strong logical and analytical ability有很强的逻辑分析能力
Able to handle unexpected issue and be flexible处事灵活,能够处理未知状况
Self-motivated, initiative, performance driven and strong team spirit.自我激励,有主动性,绩效驱动并有很强的团队精神
Well organized, detail oriented & good at prioritization良好的组织能力,注重细节并能够分辨轻重缓急
Good computer skills and presentation skill.良好的电脑技能和表达技巧
Fluent English both in written and oral will be plus.流利的英语将会加分
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 实际要求
Frequent travel is required.需要频繁的出差
