职位描述
·Lead SDLG product planning for SDLG portoflio - Hard & machine related Soft products.
·Identify dual brand opportunities of current and future portfolio expansion.
·Secure right differentiations and synergies in line with dual brand policy.
·Drive competitive positioning - CBC differentiation planning.
·Develop product & application knowledge in SDLG product developement functions.
·Department manager
2. Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
·Collect and analyze market information (e.g. customer surveys, customer buying criteria, legal requirements, etc) and be the voice of the market in product platform projects and advanced engineering work
·Lead new business opportunity/threat evaluations, create BODs and support in early phases
·Be a interface between the Market functions and PPD
·Define & own of product targets and follow-up in PPD projects (steering committee member)
·Develop product platform product plan (8yrs) and related soft offer plan (3yrs) incl. product positioning (SDLG vs. Competitors)
·Develop plans for application machines (Special Purpose)
·Manage regional tactical requests
·Own SDLG product strategy development
·Create and maintain product and competitor performance indices / database
·Monitor and analyse competitor movements
·Action the SDLG challenges for safety, quality and environment care.
·Support and plan for Zone 2 and 3 activities for SDLG brand

Required knowledge & experience:
1. Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
·Good management skills and an ability to interact with people on all levels and from different cultures
·High presentation and communication skills
·Long experience of product planning related work
·Good understanding of the construction equipment business
·Good understanding market segments and customer applications
·Good business understanding
·Technical understanding of the respective products in the line
·M.Sc. in engineering, marketing or equivalent
2. Additional Important Requirements:
·Good spoken and written English
·Ability to travel frequently
