职位要求：
1、大学本科以上学历，年龄35岁以上，财务或金融、法律等相关专业毕业，具有 ACCA/CPA 资格证优先；
2、至少10年以上相关工作经验，担任过跨国公司、大型工程公司、制造型企业全盘财务管理或财务经理以上职务，有资本运作经验或在大型能源设备行业工作过的优先。
3、熟悉国内、国际会计准则及相关的财务、税务、审计政策，具有全面的会计核算和财务管理经验，有融资能力，擅长资本运作；具有良好的融资、市场调研和社会协调能力，综合管理能力强；
4、熟悉进出口国际贸易，合同管理等业务；
5、具备敏锐的市场洞察力和开拓能力，有较强的财务分析预测、投融资及风险防范能力，对企业资本运营有很深刻的理解，具备出色的管理能力与良好的沟通技巧；
6、具备良好应变能力及商务谈判技巧，及良好的客户、合作伙伴拓展、维护、管理能力。
7、具有高度责任心，工作条理清晰，踏实、认真、细致、耐心，有良好的团队合作精神。
8、要求熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力；熟悉SAP及ERP系统。

工作职责 :
1、制定公司财务战略规划，整合公司财务结构；起草、制定、完善本公司的各项财务管理制度并监督执行。建立科学、系统符合企业实际情况的财务核算体系和财务监控体系，进行有效的内部控制；
2、确保公司财务体系的高效运作，跟踪分析各财务指标，预估潜在的经营风险，给公司高层决策提供参考依据；制定公司资金运营计划，监督资金管理报告和预、决算；
3、协助公司管理层对重大投资项目和经营活动的风险评估、指导、跟踪和财务风险控制；参与公司重要事项的分析和决策，为企业的生产经营、业务发展及对外投资等事项提供财务方面的分析和决策依据；
4、审核财务报表，提交财务管理工作报告； 建立与外部相关单位良好的合作关系 ；
5、负责财务经营分析工作，为领导决策提供真实、准确的依据，并对重大投资的立项论证，提出财务意见及分析报告；
6、负责资金保障工作， 制定资金使用计划，优化负债结构，及时调动资金，减少资金占用，保证经营需要，提高资金使用效率；
7、根据发展战略，制定科学合理的投融资规划，负责境内外投资、并购等相关工作；
8、负责财务风险防范工作，做好财务测算和精算工作，及时财务预警；
9、熟悉本地及国际·会计公认会计准则(IFRS)；
10、项目控制；
11、管理日常行政职责·(A/R,A/P、银行联系人、财政部等)；
12、向总部提交月报和年度报告；
13、规划预算,宏观展望,预测；
14、税收管理；
15、管理年底结算,与财务审计人员沟通合作。
