Job Purpose

The position involves responsibilities for the Finance and Planning function of Disney Interactive Greater China.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in month / quarter / year end closing through implementing efficient and controlled close procedures;
• Maintain General Ledger including journal entry support and review, revenue and expenses accruals and account reconciliations;
• Accountable for timely preparation and accurate submission of regular group financial deliverables, including forecast, budget, Greater China financial reports consolidation;
• Monitor quality of revenue, analyze operational results based on key drivers vs. budget/forecast,analyze preliminary results for reasonableness;
• Preparation of the 5-Year Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Forecasts;
• Work independently to extract information from internal financial systems for analysis and reconciliation;
• Ad hoc financial and/or accounting tasks assigned by Finance Manager.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor and above;
• Major in Finance, Accounting

Experience:

• At least 3 years relevant working experience in MNC;
• Experience in planning, forecasting, budgeting, report consolidation, etc.

Core Skills:

• Excellent Excel skills;
• Good in both oral an written English;
• Highly detail-oriented attitude;
• Interpersonal and communication skills;
• Experience in SAP is a plus.
