Sales Report
· Collect sales data, competitors information, distributors information;
· Assist National Sales manager to work out the monthly sales report, collect Area sales manager reports and follow up
· Submit Sales Daily Report
· Sales Budget collection and prepare the data

Distributor
· Distributors’ inventory information collection
· Assist the distributors agreement approval , authorization regions approval and follow up
· Assist instrument management (new instrument application, replacement application, follow up instrument record)
MedED
· MedED activity tracking, participants name list approval tracking, feedback collection
Marketing
· Follow up Area Manager to forecast Product Promotion for quarter, and follow up the result
· Assist National Sales Managers to control Booth application
Legal
· Various application collection and follow up , like DDQ, EF etc.
Operation
· Assist National Sales Manager to control Consignment application and follow up approval
· Assist Operation Department to set up SMS in four Areas, and follow up
· Assist all MA to communicate with Operation Department for orders management and instrument management
Sales Meeting
· Assist National Sales manager to organize Monthly Area manger Meeting, prepare all documents and logistics
· Assist Kick off Meeting, Middle Year Sales Meeting
· Assist all central meetings held by sales team
Finance
· Follow up No pay application approval
· Follow up Goods return application approval
· Assist National Sales Manager to control expense
Montagne Integration
· Assist National Sales Manager to communicate with Montagne sales team for learning policy and compliance
· Assist National Sales Manager to collect all sales data
· Assist National Sales Manager to follow up all Area managers to work out the new business plan and take action
