职位一：
Facility Engineer / Mechanical Engineer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Function, cost and schedule responsibility for maintenance and engineering of R&D equipment and investment projects.
? Ensuring and complying with BASF SHE group directive, quality procedures and standards, information protection guideline and compliance policy.
? Perform corrective maintenance and implement preventive maintenance measures for R&D equipment and facilities. Ensure correct and sufficient documentation of maintenance processes including timely and appropriate documentation in SAP system.
? Continuously improve maintenance programs and practices and coach subordinates to maintenance best practices. Continuously improve current and develop new maintenance plans. Establish maintenance troubleshooting handbooks for critical equipment.
? Preparation and support of engineering specific decisions, capital projects and technical measures for R&D facilities and related infrastructure.
? Coordination of engineering and maintenance tasks performed by maintenance technicians, external service providers and suppliers.
? Consulting and guidance of customers
? Support R&D laboratories by elaboration of alternatives and concepts, cost estimates, conceptual and detail engineering, construction and installation of equipment as well as support during commissioning and start-up
? Spare parts management including purchase and storage.

RELATED QUALIFICATIONS:
? Education: B.Sc. or M. Sc. degree in mechanical, chemical, process engineering or mechatronics.
? Working Experience:
? 5 years experience in maintenance or engineering department.
? Experience in R&D laboratory or technical facility (technikum) is an advantage.
? International experiences is an advantage
? Work experiences in production process support will be an advantage
? Leadership and management of a team is an advantage
? Technical & Professional Knowledge:
? Skilled in understanding technical documentation such as P&I diagrams and technical drawings.
? Appropriate CAE/CAD skills
? Skilled in equipment troubleshooting
? Preferable experience in equipment reparation
? Knowledge of quality procedures and GB codes
? Skilled in cost engineering is preferable
? Good command of spoken and written English is mandatory (an intermediate or lower intermediate level)

Laboratory and Office Facilities Management – Lead Facility Engineer

Function:

The SDC LOFM organization is one of Business Services Group to provide Employee Services, Building Services, Space Planning, Facility Operation, Reliability & Engineering and Lab Services in SDC (Shanghai Dow Center)

Lead Facility Engineer is to oversee technical performance of Lab & Office Faculties including HVAC, CDA, PCW, RO, LN2, bulk chemical, direct FM service provider in line with business needs and efficiency improvement; provide technical expertise leadership across functions. In this role, the successful candidate is required to possess profound engineering experience in facility management and capacity to work with global engineering team in technical center.

Key Job Requirements include:
? Develop overall SDC FM maintenance strategy, resource planning & implementation
? Team with Dow FM technical center for standard development and deployment
? Lead sustainability, energy conservation, LEED initiative in site
? Technical consultation support for facility upgrade/retrofit projects
? Document the facility opportunity list. Establish value for the improvement opportunities, utilizing facility asset utilization and maintenance costs data
? Oversee on-site FM operation and engineering contractors
? To support Corporate principle & compliance for EH&S and ES&S
Requirement:
? Degree in HVAC, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
? Additional MBA, PMP or CFM, LEED are preferred
? Experience in design is plus
? At least 8 years experience in R&D, manufacturing/facilities industries
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
