Qualifications
1. Bachelor of Administrative or Accounting field
2. 3 to 4 years of cost controlling experience in manufacture industry
3. Familiar with MRP/ERP systems
4. Able to communicate in both written and spoken English.
5. Strong presentation skill and communication skill.
6. Must have organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility, be a self starter, team player and an active listener
7. Must be able to interpret financial statements
8. Excellent office software skills especially in Excel.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Work with each department manager, assist plant controller to collect &analysis the Business Plan(BP) data for each department to ensure the BP data reasonable and timely.
2. Develop, implement and /or maintain Standard costing yearly in ERP systems to ensure the std cost in compliance with the BP data
3. Analysis the direct materials, direct labor , indirect labor, overhead variance at standard and actual monthly to investigate the cost fluctuation across all products.
4. Control and analyze Costing weekly& monthly and make sure cost items are properly booked and the allocation is correct.
5. Assist Plant controller to calculate and analyze the plant key performance indicator to support the management team overview the plant running status which including: Cost control management Program Cost Tracking monthly Total Variable Cost Reduction monthly Inventory Turns monthly
6. Cooperate with AP,AR,FA,TAX ,Cashier& Bank accountant and other relative department closely to ensure the booking in ERP timely and correctly so that the cost allocate accuracy
7. Organize and provide the detail and correct information in cost function area in advance to assist the annual audit and internal audit, Correct the process timely to ensure the cost function area data pass the audit successfully
Inventory Management
1.Conduct the inventory aging analysis report to monitor the inventory level Create the Inventory analyzed report for excess, obsolete or defective parts to ensure the E&O material been deal with timely
2. Work with relative department to organize the physical inventory counting according to “physical count checklist” to ensure the counting requirement been followed up.
3. Create the reconciliations of sub-ledgers to general ledgers for all inventory accounts on a monthly basis to keep the detailed inventory sub-ledger compliance with the General ledgers.
Other responsibilities
1. Print and bind the vouchers monthly, 15th working day completion.
2. Understanding Boston-power finance policy
3. Special projects/duties as assigned by the Plant Controller and upper management.
4. Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.

2.制造行业3-4成本控制工作经验
3.懂 MRP/ERP 系统
4.能用英文交流包括书写和口语
5.较强的演讲技巧与沟通技巧.
6.有一定的组织能力、工作责任感、事业心强,自发意识、团队合作意识，能积极倾听
7.能说明财务状况
8.优秀的办公软件应用能力，尤其是数据表处理。

职责:
成本控制管理
1.与各部门经理合作,通过收集并分析各个部门的预测的费用，来协助财务总监及时准确地完成财务预算任务.
2.每年分析研究并且将标准成本维护进ERP系统， 同时确保与预算的数据相符.
3.每月分析直接材料,直接人工,间接人工及其他费用的标准成本和实际成本的差异来对每个产品的成本变化进行监控
4.控制分析每周&每月的费用确保每个成本的发生和分摊正确
5.协助财务经理通过计算并分析公司的关键业绩指标来为管理层提供工厂的运营状况.包含: 每月持续改善项目的跟踪 每月库存周转率的跟踪 每月项目前期费用的跟踪 每月变动成本降低的跟踪
6.与应付应收,固定资产,税务,现金会计及其他相关部门紧密合作以确保系统中的记录准确及时从而保证成本分配的精确.
7.预先组织并准备详细和正确的成本模块的相关信息来协助完成年度审计和内部审计,及时采取纠正措施确保成本模块能成功通过审计.
库存管理
1.制作库存账龄分析报表来监控库存水平的合理.提供E&O 物料报告以确保所有的E&O 物料被及时有效的处理.
2.根据公司”盘点目录”与物流部合作组织定期盘点,确保公司盘点政策被严格执行.
3.对所有的库存账每月创建明细账与总账的调节表,保证所有的库存的明细账与总账的一致.
其他职责
1.每月按时打印和装订凭证,第15个工作日完成
2.熟悉公司财务各项制度
3.遵守安全工作环境标准，和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为.
4.财务总监和上级管理部门分配的其他任务
