1.4 year degree(MIS,Engineer,Business Administration,Operations Management).
2.Minimum 5 years' experience in inforamtion system.
3.Ability to communicate in English verbally ande in writing.
4.Proficiency in all the infrastructure layers, hardware, OS, virtualization, server, storage, network, database and security.
5.Be familiar with business application system administration,such as ERP-Dynamics AX and KM system-SharePoint server
6.6.Project management skills; be able to lead small to middle size project.
7.Good communication and problem solving skills.
8.Responsible, creative and cooperative.
9.Provides planning, design, acquisition and implementation of China IT infrastructure and Asia IT infrastructure as needed.
10.Responsible for maintaining an in-depth awareness of the latest technologies and trends in IT Infrastructure field and recommend new technologies for possible business application. Must be capable of providing management a situational review (White Paper) on current technology trends as relating to RPC and technology presentations.
11.Cooperate with Asia and WHQ IS team on global IT projects. Such as Global WAN, IS Security Improvement and Disaster Recovery Project.
12.Implement monitoring for all new and existing services
13.Improve system performance and reliability.
Business Application System Management
14.Perform system administration task for KM system and ERP system as needed.
15.Analyze existing system and make recommendations for performance and security improvement.
16.Provides support of business projects, and leads small to medium size projects with an emphasis on IT Infrastructure issues.
17.Must apply project management skills in the development of project plans for self and others within the group
18.Prepare training when necessary to ensure adequate skills are in place with China associates.
19.Provide 2nd level support to China associates
20.Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Asia IT Infrastructure as needed.
