职责：
- IT资产管理：给新员工分派电脑、记录员工电脑和其它IT设备使用情况
- 日常维护：安装和维护基于winXP 和 win7 的客户系统及应用程序
- 网络和服务器平台管理：部署基于 Win2003 和 2008 服务器的IT 服务 AD/DHCP/DNS/DFS/WSUS，熟知网络协议、交换机、路由器、防火墙，比如VPN、Vlan等的应用
- 机房管理：检查并记录机房环境及设备状况
- Linux支持：能在Linux上使用基本命令和服务，比如：FTP、Proxy、VPN等
- 写IT计划、做日常汇报
- 在公司内部为网络正常运行之所需提出建议并全面管理IT运行
Responsible for:
- IT asset Management: assign PC for new member, record the usage status of PC and others IT equipment.
- Helpdesk support: Install and maintain client system and application based on winXP,win7
- Network and Server platform management: deploy IT service AD/DHCP/DNS/DFS/WSUS based on Win2003 server and 2008 server , be familiar with network protocol, Switch, Router, Firewall, such as : VPN, Vlan etc.
- IT Room Management: check IT Room environment and IT equipment status, and record status.
- Linux support: can use base command and service on Linux, such as: FTP, Proxy，VPN etc.
- Write IT plan and report regular
- Internally advising the company on needs and necessities for the proper running of the network, workstations and managing IT in general



要求：
- 了解并具有MS Active Directory及Group Policies方面的经验
- 了解并具有Server 2003 及 Server 2008方面的经验
- 了解并具有Windows XP、Vista及7方面的经验
- 了解并具有 Linux方面的经验
- 了解LAN/WAN
- 了解VPN及远程管理
- 善于解决问题、具逻辑思维及分析问题的技巧
- 具有相关岗位至少一年的工作经验

教育背景：
- 主修IT或系统管理
- MCSA 和/或MCSE 和/或 MCTS/或 CCNA
- 良好的英语读、写、说能力
Education:
- Degree in IT or System Administration
- MCSA and/or MCSE and/or MCTS/or CCNA
- Good English reading, writing and speaking skills
