任职要求：

1） 大学全日制本科，经验丰富者可放宽至大专学历，给排水或相关专业
2） 三年以上工程管理经验，具备工业建筑/商业办公建筑工程管理经验优先；
3） 良好的给排水专业施工管理能力；
4） 英语四级，熟练使用Auto-CAD、Project、Excel、Word 等软件。
5）具备注册监理工程师，一级注册建造师，一级注册建筑师，一级注册建构工程师证，工程师职称者优先考虑。
1) Bachelor degree, or Diploma degree with rich experience, Drainage or related professional；
2) 3 years above related working experience in project management, or with industrial / commercial buildings experience preferred;
3) Good drainage professional construction management capabilities
4) CET 4, good command of Auto-CAD、Project、 Excel, Word.
5）REGISTERED supervision engineer, construction engineer, architect, structural engineer, or with Engineering occupation recognitions would be preferred.

职位职责：

1） 负责本工程实施期间给排水工程范围内的综合管理及协调；
2） 认真审阅给排水工程施工图纸，参加图纸会审、设计交底等，对图纸提出审查意见；
3） 负责项目给排水工程专业与土建等各专业间的沟通协调；
4） 根据施工总进度计划，督促给排水工程施工进度，严把施工质量关；
5） 参与给排水工程的调试，组织工程竣工验收；
6） 定期巡查施工现场的临时用水系统，保障施工现场的用水。

1） Responsible for the project implementation period to the drainage works within the scope of integrated management and coordination;

2） Carefully reviewed drainage construction drawings, participate in drawings reviewing, designing tests, and so on, drawing review comments

3） Responsible for water supply and drainage projects and civil engineering and other professional communication and coordination between

4） According to general construction schedule, supervise drainage construction progress, strict construction quality

5） Participation in water supply and drainage engineering commissioning, completion and acceptance of tissue engineering

6） Regular inspections of the construction site of the temporary water system to ensure the construction site with water
