任职要求：

1） 大学全日制本科，经验丰富者可放宽至大专学历，工程管理或土木工程专业；
2） 五年以上工程管理经验，具备工业建筑/商业办公建筑工程管理经验优先；
3） 熟悉有关土建的国家规范和专业的技术发展趋势以及本专业图纸及有关设计依据和验收标准、规范；
4） 英语四级，熟练使用Auto-CAD、Project、Excel、Word 等软件。
5） 具备注册监理工程师，一级注册建造师，一级注册建筑师，一级注册建构工程师证，工程师职称者优先考虑。
1) Bachelor degree, or Diploma degree with rich experience, project or civil project major;
2) 5 years above related working experience in project management, or with industrial / commercial buildings experience preferred;
3) Familiar with the specifications of civil construct and professional technique development , drawings& related design basis and acceptance criteria、standards;
4) CET 4, good command of Auto-CAD、Project、 Excel, Word.
5）REGISTERED supervision engineer, construction engineer, architect, structural engineer, or with Engineering occupation recognitions would be preferred.

职位职责：

1）负责跟踪项目总体进度计划及分项施工进度计划，督促施工单位按时完成整体工程进度计划；
2）参与现场临建申报、三通一平和其他准备工作；
3）参与施工单位、监理单位、材料设备供应商的管理、评价工作；
4）参与施工图设计的成果评审及施工图技术交底和答疑；
5）负责巡视、检查施工单位土建工程质量、工程材料质量、监理质量，及时发现问题并提出整改意见；
6）受理工程的土建专业设计变更、工程变更，并跟踪落实情况；
7）定期对工程技术和工程管理问题进行研究、总结，并形成书面资料，作为个人和公司的工作案例汇总。
1) Responsible for the general project schedule and partial construction plan, urge construction unit to finish the whole project on time;
2) Take part in declaring temporary construction and other preparation work on construction site;
3) take part in management and evaluation works among construction unit、construction supervising units and material suppliers ;
4) Take part in reviewing design drawings and technical communication & answering the questions;
5) Responsible for checking up the quality of civil construction、material、construction supervising units, finding the problems and putting forward recomposed opinions in time;
6) To deal with the modification of civil construction design & project, and implement the modification works;
7) Study and summarize engineering and engineering management issues, regularly, to form that into written information, as work case summary of individuals and companies.
