职位描述
Responsibilities:
Skilled in DSP architectures and designs; Experienced with both ADI or TI DSPs; Strong background in signals, signal processing, and signal processing theory; Strong Matlab skills. Experience with fixed point processing; Strong electronic and software troubleshooting skills.
1. Adapt existing DSP algorithms to new processors
2. Integrate existing DSP algorithms to new products
3. Develop new DSP algorithms
4. Adapt floating point DSP algorithms to fixed point
5. General software development in “C”
6. Documentation and administration of all developed code
7. Supporting the controller DSP related driver development
6.8. Communication with global team and coordinate the work within team
Qualifications:
1. BSEE or BSCE with a focus on DSP and signal processing; MSEE or MSCE with focus on DSP and signal processing, major in electronics, software engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related
2. 3 Minimum Experience
Required experience:
1. Successful product design in a global team environment with Ti or ADI DSP
2. Matlab experience (industry experience or lab work in school)
3. DSP algorithm programming experience in “C” or assembly (industry experience or lab work in school)
4. Experience using basic engineering tools (oscilloscopes, function generators, etc.)
5. Experience in the design of adaptive filters
6. Experience in the implementation of embedded systems and tools (emulators, debuggers, simulators, etc.
7. Experience with software version control systems
Nice to have
1. Experience with acoustics and system design
2. Automotive electronics design experience
3. Experience in the audio industrial and familiar with audio performance test
4. Audiophile and passion for life
Position Requirements:
1. Willingness to travel 5% of the time
电子、计算机信息技术、物理、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历
3年及以上数字信号算法工作经验
有成功地与全球团队应用Ti 或者 ADI处理数字信号的经验
有滤波器的设计经验
有在嵌入式系统和工具的实施经验（仿真器，调试器，模拟器等）。
有软件版本控制系统的经验
英语听、说、读、写良好
